1. License and Ownership. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content. By uploading files, you grant this platform and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, and distribute the content across our Content Delivery Network (CDN) solely to facilitate the provision of this service.

2. User Liability and Indemnification. You are solely and absolutely liable for all data you transmit. By utilizing this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service operators from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your content. We exercise no proactive moderation but retain the unconditional right to inspect, restrict, or permanently purge any file at our sole discretion, without liability or prior notice.

3. Retention and Storage Disclaimers. Maximum file size is strictly limited to 10MB. This platform operates strictly as a volatile, best-effort transit service, not a permanent archive. Files are slated for automated purging after 120 days; however, we expressly disclaim any guarantee of data preservation. Files are subject to immediate deletion due to storage constraints, system optimization, or policy enforcement.

4. Public Domain and Privacy Waiver. All uploaded assets are inherently public and accessible to any entity possessing the direct Uniform Resource Locator (URL). You expressly waive any expectation of privacy and agree not to transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII), proprietary trade secrets, or highly sensitive material.

5. Acceptable Use and Abuse Reporting. The transmission of malicious payloads, illicit material, unauthorized copyrighted works, non-consensual intimate imagery, or extremist propaganda is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate asset termination, network-level bans, and potential referral to law enforcement. To issue a formal takedown request or report abuse, direct all correspondence to report@imgup.my.id.

6. Limitation of Liability and Service Modifications. The service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We reserve the absolute right to throttle bandwidth, suspend access, or terminate the service entirely at any time without prior notification or legal liability.
